Barbra Araujo began her professional career as a fashion designer and has extensive experience in design conceptualization, textile science, garment construction, draping, fitting, and apparel production for luxury and specialty brands. Her many interests led her to pursue her love for costumes and she began working as a costume illustrator/costume concept artist in late 2020. Since then she has worked on numerous films, commercials, music videos, and TV productions for Disney, Netflix, HBO, Warner Bros., Paramount, Twentieth Century Fox, Sony, Apple +, Amazon Studios, Fox Alternative Entertainment, Marvel Studios, and Lucasfilm. Her credits include American Horror Stories Season 1 (FX on Hulu, 2021), Westworld Season 4 (HBO, 2022), Haunted Mansion (Disney, 2023), the live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch (Disney, 2024), and The Acolyte (Lucasfilm, 2024).
