Erika Cisneros is an Artistic Recruiter for Feature Animation. She started her recruiting career in 2008 for the United States Air Force. It wasn’t until early 2016 that she found herself in Animation Recruiting for DreamWorks Animation, hiring for series that would eventually stream on Netflix! Since joining Netflix in 2019, she has been part of their new and evolving Animation studio, hiring for their Art Department across animated series and films. When not working, she enjoys hiking with her family, exploring different National Parks, and getting lost in DIY home projects.
