Megan Ward, a Los Angeles native and Vanderbilt University alumna, is driven by her passion to support creatives in bringing their visions to life. Megan initially joined Netflix Animation in the Talent Development department and currently serves as the Associate for Production Talent. In her role, she acts as both an Artist Manager and Recruiter while also project-managing strategic programs for the broader Talent Team. Megan started her career at William Morris Endeavor, where she gained valuable experience in talent representation. Megan then transitioned to Sony Pictures, where she focused on live-action development. When she is not working, she can be found cheering on The Dodgers, walking her dog Millie, or hosting book club (with book-specific themes and treats)!
